Buffalo Gal Vintage strives to give the best possible sizing on all items. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to know her personal measurements. Please check our sizing chart. All items have been 100% cleaned, sanitized and dry cleaned. Furs have not been cleaned. If a fur is in poor condition, we do not sell it. Buffalo Gal does not sell dirty, musty or unsanitary garments. Certain items have been restored. The garments on this site are excellent vintage condition. If the garment has a minor flaw that does not interfere with its wear ability, it will be noted under the heading Condition.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept you return upon certain conditions.

Email us with in 48 hours of receiving your package at buffalogalvintag@aol.com. Included your name and shipping address. Please note why you wish to return the item. Your name and address must be the same as it appears on your check, money order, cashier’s check or PayPal account. Your package must be received back to us within 5  business days after you have contacted us.If you have an event and need your item within specific time, contact us. We are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. We are not liable for damaged or lost postage. We ship delivery confirmation mail.

Upon receipt, we will inspect for changes: wear, tear, damaged or tag removal.

Extreme care must be taken when trying on vintage clothing. All buttons and zippers must be released and clothing not forced unto you body.

If it is determined that the purchased item is in the exact condition originally shipped, a refund will be issued. Expect the refund process to take seven working days. This time allotment is within the United States. Allow fifteen days outside of the United States.

No shipping charges will be refunded; a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your paypal or check after clearance..
